All tickets are non refundable and it’s the responsibility of the ticket holder(s) to show up at the indicated pick up location on time. Public boats to cross the lake start their service at 6AM. The motorbike ferries at 5AM. For earlier departures your host can put you in contact with a private boat service.

Meeting point is the “Yo Amo Petén” sign at the entrance of Flores. Please be there 15 minutes ahead of your departure time.

For destinations in Mexico and Belize, you are required to bring a valid passport or you won’t be able to cross the border. Please inform yourself on the travel requirements beforehand as we don't take any responsibility if anything goes wrong. You need to provide all requested documentation to the border personnel.

All tickets are valid for the departure date and time only. They are not transferrable to another person!
