All tickets are non refundable and it’s the responsibility of the ticket holder(s) to show up at the indicated pick up location on time. Public boats to cross the lake start their service at 6 am. The motorbike ferries at 5 am. For earlier departures consult with your host.

Meeting point is the “Yo Amo Petén” sign at the entrance of Flores. Please be there 15 minutes ahead of your departure time.

For destinations in Mexico and Belize, you are required to bring a valid passport or you won’t be able to cross the border. All tickets are valid for the departure date and time only. They are not refundable nor transferrable to another person!
